After earning my DEC in Graphic Design from the International Academy of Design over 2 decades ago, I entered the design world feet first in a print shop. What a great first job, earning even more technical skills to make sure that all the designs I was creating would print exactly how I envisioned. Having an eye for design is crucial, knowing the technical skills for this career is just as or more important. 

 

I’ve also worked for photographers, retouching product photos for the corporate market as well as being a project manager to create flyers, brochures, or catalogues for our clients. That is when I discovered my passion and talent for photo retouching. I have retouched footwear, jewellery, beauty products, textiles, and old photographs.

 

Starting M.G.R. Designs several years ago has allowed me to expand my talents further. I have since been able to retouch a variety of products and photos, as well as continuing to create all sorts of print designs and branding. 

 

My passion is not only driven by the love of design and the technical aspects of it, but it is also driven by a goal to see your company thrive with the help of my design solutions.
